Assay
Brewing Co.
Small-batch beer brewed a few steps from the old Arvada rail line and tested the way miners tested ore: batch by batch, before anything goes on tap. Ten taps, a real kitchen, and a patio that gets the sunset over the foothills.
Now pouring
Ten taps.
No filler.
The board updates whenever we tap or kick a keg. Anything marked "last call" won't be back until next season, so order it while it's here.

Twelve bucks.
Tap "+ Flight" on any beer to add it to your paddle. We'll pour them from light to dark to sour, so nothing gets drowned out. Show the ticket at the bar and skip the what-should-I-get.

What's on
Something
every night.
No cover, ever. Trivia fills up by 6:45 on Tuesdays, and our live music leans toward bluegrass and outlaw country, loud enough to feel and quiet enough to talk over.
