Deposits
Extensions and art appointments hold with a $20 deposit, which comes off your total. Manicures and pedicures don't need one.
Running late
You get a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may need to simplify the design or move you to another time.
Changing plans
Give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and your deposit carries over. Life happens; just text us.
Coming from elsewhere
We'll gently remove another salon's product for $15. Your nails come first, so we never rip or pry.
