Why Brass Tacks

I’m Ryan. I started out taking customer calls myself, then spent 15 years leading the teams who take them at a Fortune 50 health insurer. I ran their enterprise voice AI rollout, and I hold go/no-go authority on whether the system is fit for real callers.

Now I build AI agents that take calls, with everything those years taught me about what callers actually want. This is not tech looking for a problem. It is 15 years of problems, finally built right.
