The process
How it works
01
Free Consult

We talk through your business, your goals, and what you actually need. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just a straight conversation about whether we're the right fit and what building together would look like.

02
Scoped and Built

You get a clear proposal — what we're building, what it costs, and when it ships. No vague estimates. We build from scratch and check in weekly so you always know where things stand.

03
Launch and Support

We launch together — and stick around. Every package includes post-launch support so you're never handed off to a help desk. You have a direct line to the person who built it.

Common questions
Things people
usually ask
Do you work with businesses outside Denver?
Most of our clients are in the Denver metro area, but we work remotely and can build for anyone in Colorado and beyond. The consult, design review, and launch can all happen over video — no in-person required. That said, we do prefer local clients for POS installs when hands-on setup is needed.
How long does a typical project take?
Solo Operator sites typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Custom websites take 3–4 weeks. POS integrations run 3–5 weeks depending on complexity. Full Package projects typically land at 4–6 weeks. These timelines assume reasonably quick feedback from your end — the faster you review, the faster we move.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. You bring the business expertise; we bring the tech. We explain everything in plain language — no jargon, no assuming you know what we know. If you can tell us how your business runs, we can build the right thing for it.
What happens after we launch?
Every package includes post-launch support — 90 days for most projects, 6 months for Full Package. During that window you can report bugs, request small adjustments, and ask questions. We stay reachable. After the support period, ongoing retainers are available if you want continued hands-on help.
Will I own everything once it's built?
Yes — completely. You own the code, the domain, the hosting account, and every asset we produce. We don't lock you into a platform or retain any licensing rights. If you ever want to hand the project to another developer down the road, it's all yours to do so.
